This series of acrylic paintings is my newest endeavor (2020-present). As a professional photographer for two decades, I've enjoyed traveling around the world exploring new landscapes. It has been a pleasure to relive those travels through this expressive medium. In my photography I've always been drawn to water and it inspired many of these paintings as well. I let the paint mimic water's movement as it shifts from still to steadily moving, reflecting its surroundings, or its reaction to obstacles. Originals are available and priced below. As an option, I photographed all the paintings and you can order canvas wrapped prints - essentially a three-dimensional replica of the original.
