Photography Services

• $295 / hour with 30 minute minimum
• Pro-rated time in 15 minute increments
• 5-7 day turnaround
• Formatted for print or web to your specs
• Additional post-production requests at $150/hr

Drone Footage

• $175  for approximately 30 minute set-up and flight
• Photos show unique vantage points of property location, size and layout
• Includes 5-8 photos

The Details:

• Inviting and vivid images while maintaining a natural integrity
• Additional requests welcome: photos of neighborhood, surrounding area, nearby parks and shopping areas
• Dropbox transfer provides easy access, upload to MLS or collaboration with your team
• Travel time and tolls are included within 25 miles of Seattle. Other locations are assessed a $1/mile one-way
• $125 'no-show' or 'not able to shoot ' fee, $100 fee for any extra lifting/cleaning/excessive moving of items
